Operations Manager

The Operations Manager will be responsible for the industrialization of products into a New Dyson category, leading a cross-functional team and managing a Joint Design Manufacturing (JDM) partnership. The role requires strong project management, operational, and strategic skills, with experience in managing multiple projects, CAPEX budgets, and governance frameworks.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate, negotiate and influence with snr. Leaders across various business functions
• Able to work on own initiative, ability to analyze problems and recommend a course of action
• Experience managing multiple projects, executing them simultaneously
• Qualifications or detailed knowledge of PM and OM Industry tools
• Experienced project leader in a manufacturing / operations role, preferably in a new product introduction environment
