Product Performance Engineer

We are looking for a Product Performance Engineer to join our Technology Development department. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying key performance drivers, designing and analyzing experiments, and using modeling tools to generate, assess, and optimize predictive models.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering or related field
• 2+ years' experience in product design and development
• Strong foundation in engineering fundamentals, measurement and statistical analysis
• Proficiency in Minitab, MATLAB, Excel, or similar tools
• Familiarity with CAD/CAE applications and experience in statistical modeling (e.g., multiple regression)
• Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to give and receive constructive feedback, and coach less experienced engineers
• Skilled at conveying ideas clearly to various audiences and able to persuade and influence within project teams
