Job Description
As a Retail Expert at Dyson, you'll drive the company's mission to inspire and educate by bringing cutting-edge technology to life and transforming the sales floor into an interactive experience. You'll be the trusted point of contact for Dyson products, creating a personalized experience for every customer and actively engaging with their needs.
Requirements
- Understand the features and benefits of Dyson products and convey their unique value to customers
- Create a warm, personalized experience for every customer
- Present and demonstrate Dyson technology enthusiastically
- Ensure the sales floor is always clean, tidy, and visually appealing
- Monitor stock levels, support replenishment, and quickly resolve discrepancies
- Work closely with Dyson colleagues and external trade partners to provide a seamless shopping experience
- Become an expert in Dyson products and master innovative features
