We're looking for an engaged person to join our sales team as an Area Sales Manager for Specialized Building Materials in the Field. The ideal candidate will have technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and experience in sales. The role involves maintaining customer relationships, advising construction sites, and developing sales strategies.

Requirements

• Technical completion (engineer, building technologist, master)
• Experience in a commercial area
• Proven professional experience in sales
• Clear customer and service orientation, as well as technical understanding
• Knowledge of sales techniques (Value Selling / consultative sales)
• Knowledge of DYWIDAG products desirable
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
• MS Office and knowledge of ERP, experience in working with CRM tools
• Very good German language skills, further languages an asset
