Job Description
The HSE Coordinator is responsible for implementing and managing health, safety, and environmental programs within the organization, ensuring compliance with local and federal regulations, and promoting a culture of safety.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Canadian HSE laws, regulations, and best practices
- Working knowledge of CAL/OSHA and U.S. regulatory standards
- Experience implementing ISO-based management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 45001)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to influence across all levels of the organization
