Job Description
DZ BANK is seeking a Manager of Operational Resilience (m/f) to develop and optimize a test program for operational resilience, following DORA principles. The role focuses on driving continuous improvement and analyzing test results to assess the impact on the bank's resilience. The position is a fixed-term contract until 12.12.2027.
Requirements
- Successful completion of an IT, economic or scientific education.
- Long-term professional experience in a 2nd-LoD unit or in a related IT-related environment (advantage: CISSP, CRISC, CISM, MBCI, CBCM)
- Strong experience in project work and IT tests.
- Comprehensive expertise in DORA and related regulatory requirements (e.g. MaRisk).
- Very good German and good English skills.
