Mechanical Engineer

The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of engineering projects, including ensuring product quality and identifying improvement opportunities. This role involves evaluating designs, running simulations, creating standard work instructions, and collaborating with the production team. The position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or construction environment is preferred
• Ability to communicate bilingually is preferred
• Ability to function in a production environment
• Strong decision-making and problem solving skills
• Excellent report writing skills
• Proficiency with Windows and MS Office
• Experience with steel fabrication and terminology is a plus
• Ability to occasionally travel
