Job Description
Ink Materials Process Engineer to develop and optimize systems that produce unique pigments and dispersions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot challenges and drive innovation. Requirements
- Monitor and enhance ink and pigment manufacturing processes to ensure consistency, efficiency, and quality
- Utilize statistical tools (e.g., SPC, SQC) to analyze process data and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including SOPs and batch records
- Lead investigations into process deviations, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence
- Identify and execute projects aimed at improving safety, reducing costs, and enhancing product quality
- Work closely with Development, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to support new product introductions and raw material qualifications
- Oversee small to medium-scale capital projects, from conception through implementation
- Promote a culture of safety by adhering to and advocating for best practices and regulatory compliance
