Job Description
e.l.f. Beauty is seeking an Art Director to support the conception, design, and execution of 360 visual materials. The role involves partnering with the Creative Director to translate audience insights into compelling digital experiences, maintaining brand consistency, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams. This position contributes to the development of creative assets for various platforms and offers opportunities for growth within a fast-growing beauty company.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in creative or digital design roles.
- Strong digital design skills with eCommerce experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop.
- Strong typography and layout skills.
- Awareness of beauty, fashion, and social media trends.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
