Job Description
e.l.f. Beauty is seeking a highly motivated Associate Manager/Manager, Tools Development to lead the development of new products and ensure successful product launches. This role involves securing launch approvals, establishing product specifications, providing technical support, and ensuring quality control throughout the product development lifecycle. Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or other technical discipline.
- 6+ years of experience in makeup tools development.
- Knowledge of regulatory and safety requirements for tools.
- Fluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
