Job Description
Naturium is seeking a Senior Manager to lead their global influencer marketing efforts across the U.S., U.K., and E.U. markets. The role will manage influencer partnerships, track campaign performance, and mentor a team of managers and coordinators. This position requires a strategic leader with experience in influencer marketing and building brand impact.
Requirements
- 7+ years of influencer marketing experience, preferably in beauty, skincare, or personal care.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field - or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated success leading large-scale influencer campaigns.
- Deep expertise in TikTok and YouTube.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Proven leadership experience managing and mentoring direct reports.
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and project management abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
