Job Description
e.l.f. Beauty is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and maintain solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have strong scripting skills, experience with ServiceNow modules, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions. Requirements
- Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, and modules (e.g., ITSM).
- Develop and maintain catalog items, workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and integrations.
- Implement Service Portal and user-friendly interfaces.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using APIs, web services.
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
- Maintain system stability through troubleshooting, upgrades, and patching.
