Job Description
e.l.f. Beauty is seeking an experienced Marketing VP to join their dynamic team, focusing on the e.l.f. SKIN brand. This highly visible leadership role requires a strategic marketer with strong analytical skills and the ability to develop creative and disruptive marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of skincare and will oversee all aspects of the brand's marketing strategy, driving growth and ensuring a strong brand presence across all platforms.
Requirements
- BA or BS required
- 10-15+ years of experience in Marketing, with 5-7+ years in skincare
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Rich experience with agency management and ownership of marketing budgets
- Experience developing brand campaigns and product launch strategies
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Results-oriented mindset
- Ability to think creatively and execute with quality and speed
- Team-oriented and collaborative
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- Passion for skincare beauty and industry awareness
