We’re looking for a Digital Analytics & Insights Specialist who excels at turning complex data into clear, actionable insight that shapes product decisions. You’ll work with GA4, Databricks, SQL, Python and Tableau, and have strong knowledge of digital tagging and tracking.
Requirements
- Analyse web and app data to explain customer behaviour, performance drivers, and drop-offs
- Build and maintain decision-ready dashboards and reports in Tableau or Looker
- Investigate and resolve data quality issues, anomalies, and GA4 tracking bugs
- Partner with Product Managers, Designers, and CRO teams to define what success looks like
- Own the tracking approach end-to-end
- Lead deep-dive analysis such as journey analysis, segmentation, funnel analysis and root cause investigations
- Pull together insight from multiple sources to tell cohesive performance stories
- Translate analysis into clear, actionable recommendations that help product teams evolve and improve their features
- Champion best practice around privacy, consent, and data integrity
