We are looking for a Commercial Specialist for Complaints & Quality Management to cover a two-year parental leave. The role involves developing digital and creative ideas for customer-oriented service, supporting quality assurance measures, and managing complaints. The position is limited to 2 years and is a part-time or full-time opportunity.
Requirements
- Commercial apprenticeship with recognized additional qualification (e.g. master's degree) or a comparable qualification
- Experience in managing service partners and enthusiasm for digitalization of the energy world
- Learning motivation and ability to develop suitable solutions together with colleagues, customers, and contractors
