Requirements
- Currently studying in the fields of business, business psychology, personnel management, learning management, or related fields
- Experience with tools and providers of learning content (e.g., Articulate, Synthesia, Adobe Premiere Pro, Camtasia)
- First experiences with digital learning management platforms (LXP, LMS) and/or software-as-a-service, as well as in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (particularly Outlook, Word, PPT, and Excel)
- Reliability, high personal engagement, developed analytical skills, and solution-oriented and customer-oriented thinking
