School Social Worker, LCSW - Remote

E-Therapy is hiring a remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to support students' mental health and emotional well-being. The successful candidate will provide social work services to students, families, and school staff, addressing social, emotional, and behavioral concerns to support students' overall well-being and academic success.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from a CSWE-accredited program
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or equivalent (LMSW with supervision may be acceptable depending on state and district)
• Experience providing clinical or school-based social work services to children and adolescents
• Strong clinical skills in assessment, counseling, and crisis response
• Knowledge of school systems, child development, and evidence-based interventions
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team including educators, psychologists, and administrators
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with electronic recordkeeping systems; experience with telehealth is a plus
