Job Description
E-volve Technology Systems, Inc. is seeking a Strategic and results-driven Change Manager to support the modernization of client's business system. This role focuses on leading change management, operational readiness, and technical readiness strategies, driving stakeholder engagement and ensuring successful adoption of process and technology changes. A candidate should have experience in change management, project management, and operational readiness.
Requirements
- Expert knowledge of change management, operational readiness, and strategic communications.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.
- Experience managing/supporting IT modernization initiatives a plus.
