R&D Technician

An R&D Technician will perform a variety of mechanical tasks in support of R&D projects, including installation, modification, and maintenance of R&D mechanical systems. The technician will work under general supervision and use detailed procedures/work instructions to ensure safe and efficient installation of projects.

Requirements

• Vocational/technical training beyond high school
• Minimum of five (5) years of job-related experience or equivalent
• Ability to understand Engineering drawings and documents
• Must be able to pass the NETL Swagelok certification test
• Computer / Software Skills – proficiently utilizing Microsoft Outlook email, Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat, payroll time entry, and complete required online training
• Good attendance, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work as part of a team or independently
• Ability to follow oral / written instructions, exercise good judgement to complete assignments on time
• Good verbal and written communication
• Must have a valid U.S. driver's license
