Case Manager - In Home Respite

Join Our Team as a Case Manager and make a real difference in the nonprofit sector. EAC Network is looking for a part time Case Manager to join the In Home Respite Services Program.

Requirements

• Associates Degree required
• Bachelors Degree in human services or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of resources and entitlements for senior citizens.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Applications, email, and database software.
• Valid New York State Drivers License and access to an automobile.
• Prior experience working with the elderly preferred.
