Case Manager - Queens TASC

Join Our Team as a Case Manager (Bilingual Preferred) to support Behavioral Health & Justice Involved Population and make a real difference in their lives. EAC Network is looking for a dedicated full-time Case Manager to join the Queens Treatment Alternatives for Safer Communities (TASC) program.

Requirements

• Associates degree in a helping profession and at least 2 years of prior experience working in intervention programs with criminal justice involved participants.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is HIGHLY PREFERRED.
• Good communication skills, both oral and written; Ability to work cooperatively with treatment and criminal justice systems.
• Must be proficient in computer applications or other automated systems such as spreadsheets, Microsoft Office applications, calendar, email and/or database software necessary to perform work assignments.
