Geriatric Social Worker (Great Neck) - Geriatric Social Worker Services

Join EAC Network as a Bilingual Geriatric Social Worker and help older adults live independently and with dignity. Provide comprehensive social work services to residents aged 60 and older in the Town of North Hempstead.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
• Bilingual abilities in Farsi, Haitian Creole, or Spanish
• Knowledge of Nassau County services and the specific needs of veterans and the geriatric population
• Ability to understand and address the needs of older residents
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, email, and database software
• Valid NYS Driver’s License and access to a car
