Job Description
Join Our Team as a Program Supervisor to support Behavioral Health & Justice Involved Populations and make a real difference in their lives. EAC Network is looking for a dedicated full time Program Supervisor to join our Nassau Supervised Visitation program in Hempstead, NY.
Requirements
- Receive, review, and acknowledge court orders
- Communicate with all involved parties
- Monitor program schedules and staffing coverage
- Provide direct supervision and support to program staff and interns
- Ensure accurate and detailed case notes are completed
- Utilize software to track referrals and visitation schedule plans
- Provide on-site direction and support to program staff
- Support outreach efforts and community education
- Coordinate with other service providers
- Collaborate with Division Director to develop new systems and policies
