Requirements
- Associate's degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of two years of relevant experience in advocacy, victim services or case support
- Proficient in computer applications or other automated systems such as spreadsheets, Microsoft Office applications, calendar, and email and/or database software
- Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Valid NYS driver's license
