Job Description
Join Each as an Integrated Family Support Worker and help deliver Altogether Better Care to families. This part-time role is based at our Ferntree Gully site and requires a tertiary-qualified Social Worker with minimum 2 years' experience supporting children and families.
Requirements
- Tertiary-qualified Social Worker (or equivalent) with minimum 2 years' experience supporting children and families
- Experience working with families affected by family violence, mental health challenges, and/or substance use
- Strong engagement, communication, and case-management skills to effectively support clients
- Confident in outreach and home-based service delivery, holding a current driver's licence and willingness to travel
