The Team Lead - Social Support Group role at Each involves leading a small team and supporting older adults in communities through engaging activities and social connections.
Requirements
- Leadership experience
- Experience coordinating in a community setting and delivering group activities to older adults
- Aged Care qualifications or a related field required
- Dementia-specific qualifications and/or experience are highly desirable
- Willingness to drive a 12-seater bus
