• Ability to consistently provide an exceptional Guest Experience
• Awareness and ability to work efficiently, handling multiple Guest enquiry at a time
• Strong time management & organizational skills
• Ability to support and work with other team members and departments
• Enthusiastic, warm, keen and pleasant manner
• High level of professionalism and personal presentation
• Ability to consistently follow sales process and procedures
• Strong negotiation skills
• Exceptional communication skills
• Track record of achieving and exceeding set monthly KPI's and targets
• High level of computer literacy with experience using Microsoft Office
• Queensland Motor Vehicle Sales License
• Full and current manual driver’s license
