Requirements
- Previous experience in a Service Advisor or in senior Service roles
- Ability to train, develop and lead a team of Service Advisors
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise under pressure
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail
- Current driver’s license
