Job Description
We are looking for a Service Manager to lead and develop our Service Department at BYD Cannington, a part of Australia's largest and most dynamic automotive retailer, Eagers Automotive. The successful candidate will have experience managing an Automotive Service Department and be highly motivated and driven to succeed.
Requirements
- Experience managing an Automotive Service Department (desirable but not essential)
- Extensive experience working in a Service Department in a team leadership role
- Track record of effectively leading a high-performance team, meeting budgets and monthly KPIs
- Australian working rights and driver's licence
