Senior Product Designer

As a Senior Product Designer at eAgronom, you'll shape key product areas and design intuitive experiences that help farmers become champions of sustainability.

Requirements

• Experienced product designer with 5+ years of experience creating thoughtful, well-crafted product experiences, primarily for the web (mobile is a plus)
• You've worked on data-rich products and know how to turn complexity into simple, intuitive experiences for non-technical users
• Empathetic and collaborative team player, who takes initiative, and is driven to understand users' real-world challenges
• Skilled at maintaining a focus on the broader user journey beyond individual screens
• A strong communicator who can clearly articulate design decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Proficient in designing and prototyping in Figma
• You have a portfolio that showcases strong problem-solving skills, design impact, and visual craft
• Curious and growth-minded, staying up to date with design trends and modern design workflows, including thoughtful use of AI-powered design and research tools
• Fluent in English and comfortable collaborating in a remote, global environment
