Job Description
Earned is a rapidly scaling financial services firm seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect. This is a unique opportunity to lead the design, implementation, and scaling of a Salesforce ecosystem. The role involves optimizing integrations, managing vendors, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve financial outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (preferred)
- 5-7 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, with a focus on Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud
- Financial services industry experience (highly desirable)
- Prior experience in enterprise-level Salesforce implementations
- Experience working in an Agile development environment
- Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Components, Apex, and Visualforce
- Strong understanding of Salesforce API integrations
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, JavaScript)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
