Job Description
EarnIn is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead its Money Platform, a foundational component powering earnings, money transfers, and financial record-keeping. This role focuses on building a scalable and innovative platform to deliver customer-centric solutions and drive product improvements, working closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams. This is a highly cross-functional, full-time position requiring in-person work from the Mountain View HQ.
Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience
- 5+ years of experience managing and mentoring high-performing teams
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven insights
- Experience in the fintech space, especially with payments, risk management, or financial products
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
