Job Description
EarnIn is seeking a Growth Engineering Team member to help improve the user experience of their earnings platform, focusing on Discovery, Onboarding, Activation, and Retention. The role involves building, testing, and iterating on features that define how members connect with the platform. This is a hybrid position for those who can work remotely, but ideally in Mexico City.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 3+ years of professional mobile development experience with iOS.
- Strong proficiency in Swift and modern iOS frameworks.
- Understanding of common iOS architectures (MVVM, MVP, etc.).
- Familiarity with end-to-end engineering practices.
