EarnIn is seeking a Program Manager / Recruiting Coordinator Lead to support recruiting operations and serve as a key local partner for talent operations in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate operates with a high degree of accountability and partners effectively with global and local stakeholders.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, program management, talent operations, HR operations, or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Experience coordinating and scheduling interviews in a high-volume, global hiring environment, ideally supporting Engineering or other technical roles
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently, take ownership, and follow through on work end-to-end
- Proven experience partnering with diverse internal and external stakeholders, including candidates, hiring teams, People Partners, and vendors
- Clear, thoughtful, and professional communication skills (written and verbal) in English
- A proactive, service-oriented mindset with comfort navigating ambiguity and change
- Experience using ATS systems (ideally Greenhouse) and Google Workspace; ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools
- Experience building relationships with global team members
