The Project Planner is responsible for developing, updating, and maintaining schedule for construction projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery. They coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, monitor progress, analyze delays, and support decision-making through professional planning tools. This role involves coordinating with engineering, procurement, and site teams.

• Develop, update, and maintain project baseline schedules.
• Develop Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and site teams.
• Monitor actual progress and update schedules.
• Perform delay analysis and recommend recovery strategies.
• Issue weekly and monthly schedule updates.
• Track progress, manpower, equipment, and material.
• Liaise with project managers and site engineers.
• Identify and assess scheduling risks.
