UI Designer

The company is seeking a UI Designer to lead the visual design process for medium-sized features and product areas. This role focuses on maintaining a comprehensive design system, creating pixel-perfect designs, and contributing to exceptional user experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong visual design skills, a polished portfolio, and a deep understanding of UI/UX principles.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UX Design, Computer Science, or related
• 2-4 years of UI/visual design experience with a strong portfolio
• Expert proficiency in UX design tools such as Figma
• Proficiency in visual design tools such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Proven experience building and maintaining design systems
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first design
• Deep knowledge of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy
• Strong presentation and stakeholder communication skills
• Experience mentoring junior designers
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles
