• Weighing and processing the samples
• Preparing solutions
• Operating laboratory equipment
• Assisting in the execution of the DNA extraction protocol
• Maintaining laboratory cleanliness and organization
• Assisting in the disposal of soil residues
• Maintaining the laboratory inventory up to date
