Job Description
Join a team of enthusiastic and dedicated professionals at NeighborHealth, one of the largest community health centers in the country. As a RN Home Care nurse, you will provide high-quality care to patients in their homes and at the PACE Day Health Center.
Requirements
- Baccalaureate degree in nursing preferred
- Current Massachusetts license in nursing
- Current BLS certification required
- Minimum of 2 years experience in ambulatory, home health, hospital or sub-acute setting preferred, equivalent training or related experience considered
- A minimum of one year experience working with a frail or elderly population
