Job Description
The Employment Coordinator is responsible for linking participants to work readiness, occupational training, subsidized internships, and unsubsidized employment. The Employment Coordinator will develop and cultivate partnerships with hospitals, clinics, and long-term care facilities and identify healthcare employers aligned with participant goals.
Requirements
- Supervise and coordinate job placement and retention services
- Develop strategy for engaging employers
- Link participants to paid work-readiness, occupational courses and subsidized internships
- Secure paid internships, arrange hiring events, track 90-day retention, and meet placement benchmarks
