Group Leader, MS 337

The Group Leader's primary responsibility is to design and lead enrichment activities for students in a fun, engaging, and safe environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working with young children in a structured youth program, preferably in a racially, ethically, and socio-emotionally diverse urban community.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Some college preferred
• Experience working with young children in a structured youth program of middle school
• Ability to engage and lead children in small group activities in your area of specialty
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Excellent judgment and ability to work in a team in a variety of environments
