Job Description
East Side House Settlement is seeking a Group Leader for its Urban Scholars Elementary After School Program. The Group Leader will design and lead enrichment activities for students in grades 1st-5th, focusing on literacy and social-emotional learning. The ideal candidate will have experience working with young children in a structured youth program and possess strong communication and organizational skills.
Requirements
- High School Diploma with some college preferred
- Experience working with young children in a structured youth program of elementary students
- Ability to engage and lead children in small group activities
- Strong communication, organizational, and judgment skills
