East West Bank is seeking a Branch Manager to lead the overall activities and operations of a full-service branch office, with responsibilities including business development, customer service, sales, and staff management.

Requirements

• Plan, coordinate and monitor the overall activities and operations of a full-service branch office
• Communicate with existing and potential customers to introduce products and services
• Solicit customers and businesses to generate new business
• Develop branch business plan to ensure maximum profitability
• Ensure procedures for custody and control of assets, records, and securities are performed
• Represent the bank at community functions and market and promote bank products and services
• Oversee performance management of branch staff
• Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and procedures
