Job Description
East West Bank is seeking a Portfolio Manager for the Healthcare Finance specialty lending group. This role involves underwriting, credit monitoring, portfolio management, and cross-selling opportunities. The portfolio manager will analyze financial data to determine loan merits, create loan memorandums, manage loan renewal, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Underwrite, manage and structure commercial lines of credit, real estate, and cash flow leverage transactions.
- Analyze and create financial loan memorandums to generate new loans and modifications.
- Ensure compliance with EWB regulatory and credit requirements.
- Develop problem loan credit solutions.
- Assist with due diligence/analysis with new client relationships.
- Manage the renewal process and manage the portfolio administration.
