Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ years of customer service, teller, sales, and/or MLO experience
- Strong working knowledge of branch operations
- Consultative relationship sales role in related industry
- Strong understanding of branch technology and online banking platforms
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and customer service skills
