Job Description
Eastern Industrial Automation is seeking a Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative in Waltham, MA with strong customer service skills and a desire to collaborate with a hard-working team. The role involves interacting with customers, providing technical feedback, and collaborating with a team of staff engineers.
Requirements
- Interact with customer via phone, email and in person
- Provide customer support, including quotations, technical research, and literature requests
- Track and escalate back orders and customer requirements
- Collaborate with a large team of staff engineers
- Visit customers when needed
- Assist with warehouse duties when needed
