Medical Assistant

The Medical Assistant will perform back-office clinical procedures, assist Physicians and Nurses with patient examinations, and manage patient charts. They'll be responsible for vital sign collection, preparation of charts, specimen collection, scheduling, and classroom instruction. The role requires a strong customer service orientation and knowledge of medical terminology.

Requirements

• Review patient lab results and discuss findings with physicians.
• Perform vital signs and patient chart preparation.
• Manage specimens and ensure a sterile environment.
• Complete drug refills and manage medicine closet.
