Job Description
This Ultrasonographer II position involves performing technical procedures for diagnostic purposes in patients, under the supervision of a physician. The role requires high technical competence, accuracy and judgment. The position focuses on Pelvic Floor Ultrasound (PFUS) examinations, 2D, 3D, and 4D assessments, and providing explanations to patients.
Requirements
- Perform Pelvic Floor Ultrasound (PFUS) examinations.
- Perform a 2-dimensional (2D), 3-dimensial (3D) or 4-dimensial (4D) assessment of the pelvic floor.
- Record all pertinent patient information in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and generate an ultrasound report.
- Recognize normal and abnormal ultrasound findings.
