Job Description
Join Catalight Care Services as a Clinical Intake Assessor and help close the access gap for families seeking behavioral health services. As a clinical expert, you will utilize a client-focused, strength-based approach to identify client needs and inform a client's care path.
Requirements
- Must be Licensed in CA
- Master's degree from an accredited college or university in social work, marriage family therapy or counseling is required
- Working knowledge of assessing and addressing risk and dangerous behaviors
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while effectively multitasking
- Excellent verbal and writing communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills (i.e. advanced listening techniques: empathic, active and reflective listening)
- Strong client focused approach (i.e. ability to set clear boundaries and advocate for client/family needs)
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Must be highly detail oriented
