Eastman is seeking a Human Resources Manager to manage day-to-day HR operations, administer site and corporate HR policies, and advise leaders and team members on employee relations and performance management. The successful candidate will champion a positive, inclusive workplace culture and lead engagement programs to drive retention and alignment with safety and performance goals.
