Inside Sales Representative responsible for day-to-day management and growth of their assigned customer base and territory. Develops phone-based account and territory management plans, generates and supports incoming sales leads, and establishes ongoing rapport with existing and potential customers.
Requirements
- Develop and utilize territory management plan
- Identify and cold-call prospects
- Support account managers in generating new business by creating and delivering qualified opportunities
- Make outbound follow-up calls to existing customers via telephone and email cross-sell and up-sell
- Support, manage, and qualify incoming leads from all sources
- Service existing accounts consisting of order follow-ups; complaint handling; resolving credit concerns; sample follow-ups; and other account related issues
- Provide Voice of Customer feedback including product quality, performance and service issues and concerns
- Effectively leverage CRM for documentation, collaboration, and analysis
- Communicate the entire offering and value, including product/service features and benefits, prices, and credit terms
- Provide ongoing sales demand forecasts
- Negotiate business to close including pricing, sales terms and other conditions
